Abhi: You sure updatelinkroll plugin works? Coz I tried it before and it didn't work for me. I am still not sure, how wp_head checks if others have updated their blog?

I uses the wp_head hook to include a function called update_linkroll() that does all the work.
Another think that I missed last time is that, your tutorial is meant only for WP 1.5 and above. Some of the steps you have written doesn't apply to WP 1.2.2. May be you might wanna change them... :)
